Today, I want to show you how to lower your anxiety in less than 5 minutes without popping a pill. 

If you’re anxious right now, I want you to rate that anxiousness on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being super distressed and 0 being, well, I’m not really sure why you’re watching this right now. Take a quick second and comment below with your BEFORE number.

You don’t need to understand what we’re doing or why we’re doing it because it’s science. It’s a scientifically proven technique and it will work no matter what.  In fact, I like it when you have no idea because then the reduction in stress you will experience after doing this will be more meaningful, empowering, and impactful…

Even though I am a bundle of anxious thoughts, I honor how I feel and choose to allow myself to relax

Even though I just can’t seem to stop these racing thoughts or this high anxiety, I love and accept myself

Even though I’m so anxious and I feel out of control, I deeply love, accept, and forgive myself

It’s so hard to relax

All these racing thoughts

I can’t seem to control my thinking

I feel irritable and edgy

This feeling of anxiety in my body

It’s hard to concentrate

I can’t seem to calm my mind

I’m scared and nervous

ROUND 2

I wish I didn’t feel so anxious

I feel so disassociated with my true power

I feel so separate and disconnected

I am leaking my power to all these negative emotions

I am anxious about things I cannot control and it feels horrible

I just can’t seem to get present

Just want to feel more centered in my body

I want to feel in control of my emotions

ROUND 3

All these heavy emotions

I allow them to rise up and leave

I relax more with each tap

I am safe in this present moment

I don’t have to have all the answers to feel more calm

I recognize these anxious feelings and release them

I take a deep breath and let them go

I have more clarity and feel more present in the moment now

Alright take a DEEP BREATH…..maybe you’ll yawn, stretch or even brush the anxiety right off of your body.  

Now, I want you to think of that same scale and rate your level once more.
