Why emotional freedom now? I think a better question is, why not?
I often come across people who think, “this sounds awesome”.
And when I have an issue, I would love to learn more about it. And to that I have to say, this is something that you wanna learn now. You wanna have this in your toolbox when you need it.
It’s kind of like if you think about diet and exercise when you really want to lose weight or start working out, you don’t want to just be learning what’s gonna work well for you at that point.
Because then it’s going to take you weeks or sometimes even months to figure that out and then hit the ground running. You want to be able to hit the ground running, and it’s the same thing with emotional freedom because I know very few people honestly have top of my head. I can’t think of any right now who are emotionally free. Completely.
I know a lot of people who understand how to access emotional freedom and how to create it in their lives. But it is rare to find somebody who does not have something that they could work on or that could improve in their lives.
So even if you don’t have stuff hit the fan kind of situation happening in your life, having the tools to deal with it when it does, because we all know like something is coming down the pike, whether it is grief or anger or irritation or the unexpected in one shape or another, things happen! And being able to deal with them, process them, not be traumatized by them, and not have lasting negative effects on your energy system is huge!
But you gotta learn the ropes, so I often say to people, if you are in a good place, what better time to learn? Because then you can kind of have fun playing with all the little things that don’t seem like they mean a lot.
And you might be surprised what they lead to. And just playing with the different emotions and things that are happening in your energy system. And if you do have big things happening, if you do have major life stresses, if you do have big-time past traumas to work through health issues, physical pain, all of that kind of stuff can be targeted with the emotional freedom technique and becoming emotionally free of those things is a game-changer in every area of your life.
But you have to learn how to do it.
You have to learn how to make it a part of your life and a process in your life. And I tell you what… when you do, it’s not only going to free up your emotions and your logic and your reasoning and your productivity.
But it’s also gonna help every part of your life just come together more smoothly. You’re going to be more rational, more logical, more present, calmer, more peaceful.
You’re gonna have that feeling of focus. You’re going to have room for joy and happiness and just a true presence in your life, and that is a huge gift.
It’s been such a gift to me to have that in my life, and I’ve tried so many things over the years and been through so many difficult situations, and this is the first technique that has really gotten me from point a to point b. Really helped me to feel better.
Genuinely. Not just feel like I was venting and then it was going to creep up on me later. It really, really works.
So that is why I would say now is always as good a time as any to start working on becoming that person that you really wanna be and really freeing yourself from any kind of negative blockages that are holding you back because it’s kind of the whole that you don’t know what you don’t know until you know it.
So this is one of those things that I would encourage you to learn and know because it’s only then that you’re gonna understand the major doors and floodgates and things that will open up for you and make your life so much more fulfilling, enriched, peaceful and whole and really allow you to call your own power back into the present and make the most of your life.
